The YMCA of the Coastal Bend is hosting the 3rd Annual YMCA Texas Independence Day Gala on Thursday, April 6th.  All Proceeds benefit the youth programs and services that we offer at the YMCA.  We need support in order to fulfill the mission of the YMCA which turns no one away due to the inability to pay.  In 2022, the YMCA of the Coastal Bend served 341 youth in summer camp, taught 63 children how to swim as we are surrounded by water in a city located on the gulf and 747 youth were able to participate YMCA Sport Leagues to build confidence while gaining skills.

The esteemed Corpus Christi Mustangs are providing and preparing the BBQ Rib Meal with all of the trimmings the night of the event and L&F Distributors is providing complimentary adult beverages.  There will be a live band to dance to and a live and silent auction to participate in as well as other games of chance.
