MCAGT is a 501(c)(3) organizations of all volunteers who work endlessly to raise money to benefit our scholarship fund.  Our scholarships are given out to local high school seniors in the four high schools with in our county who wish to further their education via college or trade school.  We host an annual bbq cook off, raffle, and silent and live auction to raise funds for the following year. This year, our annual fundraising event is May 19-21 at the Matagorda County Farigrounds in Bay City, Texas.  We typically have around 95 teams that come to compete, and around 1500 plus visitors through the gates for the weekend.
