We will be hosting a Junior Adaptive Golf Clinic for children with physical disabilities followed by our 4th Annual Chairty Golf Tournament and Silent Auction. There will be on course contests. This event has been our main source of fundrasinig and has allowed our organization to provide 222 flights, 16 prosthetic running blades and an additional $30,000 in travel grants for these children to attend various events. These events give these children the chance to connect with others who face similar challenges. These events give these children with chance to just be kids, instead of "the kid missing an arm" or "the kid missing a leg". These events are vital in the develpement of their confidence and self acceptance. We also provide prosthetic running blades which insurance companies do not cover. They are thougth of as luxury items, not necessities. Imagine telling a child "no" to something that would allow them to run with ease and live a more active lifestyle. Our golf tournament makes it possible to do what we do.
