Description

Family & Community Services of Somerset County is hosting our 5th Annual "Don't Fall, Let's Rund!" 5K Run/walk & Kid Sprint on September 24, 2016 at Duke Island Park, Bridgewater, NJ. This race is a New Jersey Grand Prix Event and is on a USATF-NJ Certified & Sanctioned Course. The course is extremely flat on a wooded trail that parallels he Raritan River. Awards will be given to the top 3 finishers overall for each gender as well as top 3 per age group. Age groups will be 19 and under, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79, and 80 and over.

This is a family fun day with children's activities and crafts, taekwondo exhibition, snacks and there will be vendor tables set up.
