Dear Management Team,
Our raffle for our Heroes Brunch is coming up on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at Maggiano’s Little
Italy in Plano, TX. This is our 4th annual brunch and we’re hoping to raise $15,000 for our
scholarship fund. For our raffle we rely on donated items to help us keep our costs low. That way,
more money can go towards the Hero Scholarships to support youth and their families in the pursuit
of higher education.
Would you consider donating an item for our raffle? We are specifically looking for items that value
at $25.00 or more.
Here are some guidelines for the auction item(s):
• Market value greater than $25.00
• New or gently used
• Item must not require the participant to sign up for a membership or subscription
If you have merchandise or an item(s) that fits these guidelines, please fill out the attached
information slip and send it back to us in the self-addressed stamped envelope or provide the item to a
Relay representative. Someone will be in touch with you in writing within 10 business days to discuss
your contribution!
