Description

Join actor and environmental activist Ed Begley, Jr. in celebrating Ten Years of Awareness, Caring and Cange - the theme for Orang Utan Republik Foundation's Annual Pongo Awards Ceremony hosted at a private villa in the heights of beautiful West Pasadena. Celebrating our first decade as a 501c3, we cordially invite you to join in this year's festivities.

Gather your friends, family and environmentally conscious colleagues on -  Saturday, October 7th - for a night of gratitude in honoring the individuals, organizations and projects that have created significant impact in the improvement of the lives of orangutans and their habitat. We will be holding our 4th Annual Pongo Environmental Award program as well as raising funds for the Orang Utan Republik Foundation as the organization commences its next decade of orangutan support and advocacy.

Attendees will enjoy auctions, entertainers, delicious vegan Indonesian food, wine and inspirational speakers.

Your attendance will help us continue our programs that are saving orangutans through education and empowerment.

=============================================================

All orangutans are now classified as "Critically Endangered" by the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN). So it is time we come together because help is CRITICALLY needed.
