We are so excited to host our 4th Annual Pop-Up Silent Auction at Manheim Township Public Library, June 16-28. Our Pop-Up Silent Auction takes place over 2 weeks in the busiest library in the county!  Patrons can view the items and bid during all library hours. All money raised supports our mission of being a gathering place where curious minds are nurtured and transformed. Over 2,500 kids completed our Summer Reading Program in 2024, and we expect even more for 2025. Our Pop-Up Silent Auction, and similar fundraising activities, help fund the prizes, presenters and supplies that will make that popular program happen.

 POP-UP SILENT AUCTION QUICK FACTS:

•     Holding a Pop-Up Silent Auction provides the greatest amount of exposure for our donating organizations and the greatest amount of fundraising capacity for our organization.

•     Unique to our event, we add one or multiple books to your item to encourage reading and literacy!

•     Each donor is listed on signage next to their item for the entire 2 weeks of the auction and is listed on our website with a link to their site.

•      The 2025 event will be promoted electronically via our Library website, social media accounts and to both our Library and Township residents in our e-mailing list. Our event will also be promoted with flyers in the library, physical signage, and electronic signage both in the Library and along Fruitville Pike. Last year’s event received both television and print coverage by our local media.

•      The 2024 Pop-Up Silent Auction was visited by more than 5,000 patrons.

 Support from our business neighbors, in any big or small way, makes a HUGE difference for the over 200,000 patrons that use our library each year!
