The Spackenkill Elementary PTA is holding our 4th annual Golf Outing.  This event is a full day event of golf, lunch and dinner.  We have raffles and prizes for those who attend.  With an increase in school costs and budget restrictions, we, the PTA has stepped up to help provide more programs and activities for our students to benefit from.  Due to covid we were unable to hold out golf outing last year.  However, the year prior we had over a hundred players and community members involved.  We auctioned off gift cars, merchandise and services generously donated by businesses.  The proceeds from the golf outing help fund events such as Authors Day, where a well-known children's author visits each school.  In addition, we have been able to help fund field trips for each grade level, PARP (reading program), staff apprecation, and teacher grants.
