Established in 2004 as a 501 C3 organization, the Consolata Healthcare Foundation’s sole purpose is to raise funds that benefit and enhance the services of our rural County Hospital, Connally Memorial Medical Center, in Floresville, Texas. Our goal this year is to raise $150,000 through our signature events to obtain a new 3D mammography. 3D mammography is the latest FDA-approved advancement to find breast cancer early when it is most treatable. 

We are hosting our 4th Annual Sporting Clay Shoot Tournament For A Cause on October 7, 2023. There will be around 300 in attendance that day. Your generosity through donations for the raffle, silent auction, and live Auction Items is crucial as we continue the fight against breast cancer. Profits will go to a new 3D mammography.
