50th Anniversary Gala
Gala/Party for Spina Bifida Association of North TexasOct 29, 2023 from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM
On October 29th, the Spina Bifida Association of North Texas will host a 50th Anniversary Gala Celebration and Fundraiser at the Hurst Conference Center in Hurst, TX. This event aims to raise community awareness and funds to support the mission of SBANT and celebrate 50 years of serving individuals with Spina Bifida throughout North Texas and beyond. Spina Bifida is the most common permanently disabling birth defect in the United States. It occurs when the spinal cord fails to close during the first months of pregnancy; Spina Bifida causes brain and spine abnormalities, resulting in life-long disability. The mission of the Spina Bifida Association of North Texas is to build a better and brighter future for all those impacted by Spina Bifida. Since 1973, they have worked to make a difference in our community through individual and family services, including outreach and support programs, scholarships, medical supply assistance, camps, education, advocacy, and informational resources, to name a few. We request your support of SBANT and our 50th Anniversary Gala by donating to the event. We will acknowledge your donation through signage at our event. We greatly appreciate your consideration of our request. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Robin Lee, Executive Director, at rlee@spinabifidant.org or 214-728-9294.
