The 56th Annual Black and Gold Gala is a fundraising event organized by the Theta Rho Lambda Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization that supports young men in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Our gala aims to raise funds to support the foundation's mission of providing annual scholarships to graduating high school students, offering educational-based programs and services to young men in high school and college, and empowering young men between the ages of 12-15 with skills to foster self-esteem and make informed decisions about their goals and values. The gala also honors outstanding leaders in the areas of community service and education, highlighting the importance of these values in improving the community. This is a celebration of the foundation's work and positive impact on the community, while also providing an opportunity for individuals and organizations to support the foundation's important mission.
