Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome to participate either in person or virtually. This is an easy to moderate out an back PAVED trail with a beatiful scenic wooded view of Tim's Ford Lake. The course starts at the Visitors Center and continues to the bike bridge that crosses the lake. You will continue to the entrance to the campground for your turnaround point back to the Visitors Center. There will be a water station at the turnaround point and at start/finish line.

After the race we also have a silent auction. Last year we raised $720 just from our silent aucition. 

This is our biggest fundraiser for the year. Please come out and support us, so we can continue to help hospice patients and their families in their final days here on earth. With your help and support we help hospice patients with food, utility assistance and other things that Medicaid, Medicare and Insurance does not cover.
