Unfortunately, 3 years ago, the rescue came to a halt, suffering severe damage during Hurricane Florence. With 10 feet of water on our property and in our barn, we were unable to continue our mission. We have since relocated to a new property that we purchased in Rocky Point.   Over the last several years, we have been working on the property, clearing, grading, and building a new barn.  We are now working on getting power, sewer, water, and all the supplies needed to take care of the horses. To help with our rebuild project, we are holding our 6th Annual Quarter Auction on Saturday, November 20, 2021. This event will be held at Castle Hayne Baptist Church and will be open to the public. We are asking for donations of gift cards, gift baskets, items that represent your business, etc. These may be of any monetary value. This event will help our rescue, as well as advertise your business. Every business that donates will be announced on our social media accounts and at the event.
