Description

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Taylor Services Youth Organization, we are humbly seeking your generous in-kind donation in support of our 5th Annual Back to School Jamboree that is taking place on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, 10AM – 2PM at Arthur Dixon Elementary School, 8306 South Saint Lawrence Avenue, Chicago, Illinois. The FREE Back To School Jamboree is a community-building event that offers one-stop access to resources, fun and entertainment. The Back To School Jamboree will feature food, fun, health screenings, dental screenings, fire safety and prevention, school supplies, car show, live entertainment and give-a-ways.

Fun activities include face painting, Inflatable bouncers, basketball hoop, 360 photo both, game truck.

The Chicago Classic Car and Cruiser Network and Chi-Town Exotic Corvette Club will also be present to keep the children entertained with a car show.

Colgate’s Bright Smiles, Bright Futures Mobile Unit will provide free dental screenings, University of Chicago Comer Children’s Hospital Mobile Pediatric Unit will provide free school physicals, and Chicago Fire Department Survive Alive Trailer will teach fire safety and prevention.

In order to make this event a success, we need you! The youth of Chicago, unfortunately, are often caught in the cross-fire of gang and senseless violence on a daily basis and many of them come from low income families. Taylor Services Youth Organization looks to provide for these families through in-kind donations from individuals like you! All charitable items will be included in the giveaways to event goers in a free raffle.

Taylor Services Youth Organization is recognized as a charitable organization by the IRS and all donations are tax deductible. We are appealing to thoughtful and caring people like you to support us through in-kind donations.

Thank you in advance for your generosity and support.
