Concordia Place is a Chicago-based nonprofit that envisions bigger and better tomorrows where rich diversity strengthens learning and growth for all. We offer a continuum of programs to support families throughout their children’s development, including Home Visiting for expecting parents and families with children up to age three, Early Childhood Education and Care for children ages six weeks to five years old, After-School and Summer Camp for youth ages 5 to 12, and Teen Leadership programs for 13 to 18-year-olds. Together, our programs serve over 1,000 children and youth each year. All programs are offered either free of charge or on a sliding tuition scale based on income and family size. As a result, over 61% of the families we serve qualify as low-income.

Concordia Place is pleased to announce our Fifth Annual Summer Golf Outing, which will be held on Monday, June 9, 2025, at the prestigious River Forest Country Club in Elmhurst, IL. As our premier annual fundraising event, this outing aims to raise $150,000 in support of our mission to create brighter futures for children, teens, and families. Beyond the greens, attendees can take part in indoor casino games, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for all.
