Description
On May 16, 2020 Team Parker for Life will host our 5th annual family 5k. The purpose of this event is to raise awareness for pediatric cancer while also raising funds to financially support families who have a child fighting cancer. TPFL is dedicated to finding and funding better and less toxic treatments for pediatric cancers.
Last year, this event sold out at 430 participants. We were able to raise $34k at this event. The proceeds from this event benefitted many families. We were able to donate $25k to our Hero families and $210k to research this year. This event is fun for all ages and includes a free festival with food and activities following the walk.
