Dear Valued Community Member: 

I am writing on behalf of the OakRidge Heights School 21 PTO to request a donation for our 5th Grade  Pocket Book Bingo/Tricky Tray fundraiser. 

Throughout this coming year our 5th grade students will be working hard to complete their elementary school education. Our goal is to raise enough money to provide a field trip and promotion festivities  for our 5th grade class. 

Our fundraiser will be held at Colonia Middle School in Colonia, NJ on October15th 2021. All of the funds  raised will benefit the 2022 5th grade class. 

We are asking for the support of businesses such as yours. We hope that you will consider donating a gift  certificate, auction item, or gift basket to our event. As a donor you will receive recognition during our  event, which will be viewed by every attendee. We are expecting to have over 200 attendees. 

Our organization is a non-profit organization under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, so  your donation is fully tax-deductible.
