Dear Friends of St. Bernardine,

St. Bernardine of Siena School is in the process of preparing for our annual school gala. It is a time when our community comes together to celebrate our school’s teachers, administration, and staff with a wonderful evening of dinner, dancing, raffle prizes, and presentations. This year is our “Diamond Gala” where we will be honoring the school’s 60th Anniversary.

For 60 years, St. Bernardine of Siena has been an outstanding K-8 private school. Our staff and student body focus on being Spiritual, Academic, Servant and Visionary Leaders. We emphasize studies in Science, Language Arts and Math through small group instruction, exploration, and interactive projects. We offer meaningful opportunities for student leadership at all grade levels and ensure students experience Music, Fine Arts, P.E., and Spanish throughout their curriculum. St. Bernardine of Siena also emphasizes the importance of service to others and incorporates “giving back” projects throughout the academic year including preparing packages of essential items for our unhoused community members, beach clean-ups, volunteer days, and charity drives for the Guadalupe Center. The welcoming atmosphere that makes St. Bernardine unique is evident in the number of multigenerational families at our school. Our students are diverse, happy and understand the important role they play in our community.

We are seeking both sponsors to help offset the cost of this event (including complimentary admission offered to all teachers, administration, and staff) and donations from local businesses to create beautiful raffle gift baskets. Information regarding sponsorship levels and associated benefits is included in the attached Sponsorship Form. Gala donors and sponsors will be featured throughout the event, through printed materials and DJ mentions during the evening.

We will be accepting sponsors and collecting donated items from now until February 29, 2024. Your donations are tax deductible.
