Greetings:

I am writing to you on behalf of The Ghostlight Players,  a 501(c) 3 non-profit community theater group based in Northeast Philadelphia whose goal is to express artistic interest in our community and to showcase local talent in the form of stage productions for all ages.  

To help raise money for our production(s) we are preparing a fundraiser on February 24^th, 2018 at “Pub 36” (7681 Frankford Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19136) from 8pm to 11pm. It is our hope that this fundraiser will generate funds that will be used towards the purchasing of materials for sets, costumes, light rental and other supplies to put on a spectacular performance.

We will be selling chances for raffle baskets and we would appreciate any donation that your organization may be able to give. No donation is too large or too small, but they are all greatly appreciated.  The Ghostlight Players are a non-profit organization so your donation may be tax deductible.
