Description

On May 17-18, 2020, we will host the 6th Annual Celebrity Golf Classic at Rich Harvest Farms (7S771 Dugan Road, Sugar Grove, IL 60554). The event will feature a Celebrity Shootout, a Celebrity Golf Classic Pre-Tournament Dinner, and a golf tournament with VIP celebrities and the opportunity to mingle with MLB, NHL, NFL, and NBA friends as well as other celebrities. Attendees can expect a very memorable and exciting time as we raise money to support low-income, uninsured, and underinsured children with physical deformities through comprehensive healthcare treatments at no cost to the children and their families. The Chicago Surgery Weekend Program includes neuro- and reconstructive surgeries, speech therapy, audiology, ophthalmology, urology, health education, and many other medical services that treat all aspects of a deformity. Medical procedures are performed at The University of Chicago Medicine Comer Children’s Hospital by an all-volunteer team of medical specialists who treat a wide range of conditions which affect children’s health, quality of life, and self-esteem.
