YOUR DONATION SAVES LIVES

I’m part of Rukundo International’s auction committee and we are hosting a large
fundraising event very soon! Our 6th Annual Charity Banquet and Silent Auction
will be held in Germantown, MD on April 6th, 2019 at 6:00 PM. We are humbly
requesting donations of items for our silent auction. Your contribution helps us
make an impact and provide life-changing opportunities.

What does Rukundo International do? We’re glad you asked!
Rukundo International exists in partnership with Ugandan communities to create
sustainable programs that provide opportunities for education, nutrition, hygiene,
and economic success. Our mission is “Empowering Uganda’s most vulnerable
through educational and economic opportunities that create pathways to selfsustaining
communities.” Our work largely focuses on children, but we believe
strongly in supporting the entire community in order to best support and protect
its most vulnerable.

Our upcoming event is expected to draw over 150 attendees! Participating
businesses will be featured in our event program and online, and all attendees will
be encouraged to “support our supporters.” We know we can’t succeed without
support from businesses like yours.

Can you help us by offering a donation of a product or service from your business?
The funds raised from this event assist us in providing education, sustainable
income, and hope to Uganda’s youth. All donations are greatly appreciated and
are tax deductible. Your donation can be something as simple as a gift certificate
to your business or a basket of your signature products. A donation form for silent
auction items is attached. Simply fill it out, then call or email us and we’ll handle
the rest.
