Description

In support of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Wisconsin Chapter we will be holding our 6th Annual Toss to Cure Multiple Sclerosis a Bags Tournament with Silent Action and Raffles Drawing to raise money and awareness for people affected by MS.

Last year's event we successfully raised $8000 with 200 in attendance between teams and spectators. With contributions from Root River Center, our main event sponsor LJ Contractors and broad sponsors Benefit Reality, McAvoy Chiropractic and Franksville Craft Beer Garden.

Thank you in advance for joining the movement by making a raffle or silent auction items or by sponsoring a board set.  We promote all our donors on our social media and signage at our event. Please use this letter as documentation of our affiliation with the National MS Society, a registered 501 (c)(3) (13-5661935). Please note that unless the organizer is registered as a 501 (c)(3), donations made payable to the organizer do not qualify as a charitable, tax deductible contribution. Donations made payable to the National MS Society are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. This event will take place on September 23, 2023 in Franklin, Wisconsin at Root River Center.  Multiple Sclerosis is an unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system. There is currently no cure for MS. Symptoms vary from person to person and range from numbness and tingling, to mobility challenges, blindness and paralysis. An estimated 1 million people live with MS in the United States. Most people are diagnosed between the ages of 20-50. I have been living with MS since 2013 and it affects my life everyday in one way or the other. This event is our way to help the efforts of finding a cure.
