The 73rd Annual Chicken BBQ & Silent Auction on July 15, 2023 will be our largest fundraiser of the year for our volunteer fire company and rescue squad. All proceeds support lifesaving equipment and supplies for our volunteer firefighters and paramedics. Over 1,000 people will stop by the station for our events of the day including a silent auction, “penny” / ticket auction, chicken bbq prepared by our volunteer firefighters, free firetruck rides and other kids’ activities. Silent auction will include a range of new and like new items, gift cards, and experiences. 

 
All donors are featured on the auction item, the auction website, and our Facebook page. Social media is also boosted to the greater Northern Virginia community (social media reach of 1M+). 

Financial Sponsorhip Opportunities

Platinum: $2,500 (featured at all events)

Gold: $1,000 (featured on our firetruck rides) 

Silver: $500 (featured at our kids’ activities)

Bronze: $250 (featured at lunch and ice cream)

All financial sponsors will be featured on full color banners at event, promoted on our Facebook page, emailed to our followers and any YouTube/Google Ads or print.
