Description

Our first annual gala will raise funds that will support the company's growth in educational and outreach programs and our performance initiatives. The gala will be at 773's new residency at ETA Creative Arts Foundation, a theater and art museum located on the South Side of Chicago. Throughout the evening, attendees will hear from both Directors about the future projection of the company, indulge in a catered meal from a local black-owned business, enjoy a full open bar, and enter a raffle filled with exciting prizes.

There is the option to purchase individual tickets or tables. Individual tickets have a starting price of $75, including entry to the event with dinner and a complimentary glass of champagne. For an additional $25, individuals can upgrade the ticket to include an open bar for the evening and one raffle ticket. If a group wants to purchase or sponsor a table, the cost is $400, including five tickets for dinner, an open bar for the evening, and three entries for the raffle. Raffle tickets begin at $7 for one, $20 for three, and $30 for five.

773 Dance Project works to increase accessibility to concert dance in underserved communities through performance, arts education, and community engagement. We recognize that dance experiences offer unique emotional and psychological benefits that many disadvantaged communities are largely left out of. Our focus is on providing local and affordable concerts to make positive arts engagement accessible to all. We hope these efforts will inspire future dance organizations to look beyond outreach programs and begin viewing marginalized communities as primary audiences for their work. 773 Dance Project will offer full or half-page advertisements in our gala program and logo placement in all promotional and marketing materials for the event.
