Back for the 7th year, our 7th Alarm Chili Cook-Off fundraiser will be held on October 15th at the Sacramento Regional Fire Museum. The Firefighters Burn Institute is a 501(c) 3 non-profit charity run by firefighters and civilian staff whose mission is to provide burn recovery programs for firefighter and civilian burn survivors of all ages, and their families.

Our guests will enjoy an evening of sampling chili from various cook-off teams, a variety of beverages, live music, a silent auction and raffle, all while strolling through the Sacramento Regional Fire Museum, as well as voting for the winners of the 7th Alarm Chili Cook-Off.
