Discovery Elementary School will be hosting our 7th Annual “Arts on the Green” Festival on Friday, May 20, 2022. We are seeking donations for our Silent Auction. Donations to the Silent Auction allow our school to continue to provide STEAM education to the students of Discovery Elementary School. This is a great opportunity to help our school, while promoting your business in the community. 

The past two school years we continued our Arts on the Green tradition by presenting parts of the event virtually, including: the art exhibit, grade level music performances, and the silent auction. We are hopeful to be able to rejoin together on campus this year to celebrate our students and their STEAM education.

As a nonprofit organization with a limited budget, Discovery Elementary PTO relies greatly on charitable giving from businesses. When we receive donations of goods or services, it allows the PTO to dedicate 100 percent of our contributions to fund art, music, technology, science, and math programs that could not exist without donations. Due to the financial impact of COVID-19 on our fundraising over the past two years, we will be unable to continue to provide STEAM education to our students next school year without reaching our fundraising goals through our Arts on the Green event.

We’re seeking donations in the form of gift certificates, tickets, merchandise, or any other item that could be used in our Silent Auction. Any and all donations, large or small, will be greatly appreciated. Your donation of goods or services is tax deductible (Tax ID# 33-0756834) and it will provide your company with exposure to more than 700 local families. We will promote your business through mass distribution of flyers, email blasts, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter posts, plus digital event signage.
