Alpha Phi Omega is a Service Fraternity dedicated to leadership, friendship, and Service among our brothers and the community. We are writing to you today on behalf of our chapter to request your support for our upcoming event, the 7th Annual Charity Ball, which will be held on December 7, 2024 at Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ.

Each year, our organization hosts this spectacular event to raise funds for a cause close to our hearts, and this year, we are honored to announce that all proceeds will benefit the Ronald McDonald House. Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of children and their families by providing a supportive "home away from home" while their child receives medical treatment. By supporting our Charity Ball, you will directly contribute to this vital mission, ensuring that families can stay together and focus on what matters most – the health of their child.

Our previous events have helped to raise over $30,000 for various charitable organizations. We've been successful due to the support of our generous participants, sponsors, and attendees. We have set a goal of raising $5,000 for this year's event, Which we set for last year's event and were able to not only meet but exceed. Our hope is that we will be able to match this success and reach our goal once again. We are seeking contributions in the form of gift certificates, merchandise, or any other items that can be included in our event's raffle prizes or door prizes. In return for your generosity, we will proudly display your business name at our Charity Ball and on our CrowdChange page, acknowledging your commitment to philanthropy and community involvement.
