Truth in Nature is a 501(c)(3) outdoor Christian ministry for youth from one parent homes. Working with youth that are in middle and high school and have experienced death of a parent, divorce situation, abandonment, and other situations; Truth in Nature establishes strong relationships to see these youth succeed. Most of the youth are fatherless boys and Truth in Nature utilizes outdoor type activities such as fishing, camping, canoeing, river tubing, and other various activities to give them a male role model and help fill the void of the missing parent. Truth in Nature does not charge a single parent to enroll their youth in our mentorship programs, we rely on fundraising efforts throughout the year to offset the cost of these programs and keep them free of charge. We feel that to charge a single parent for their youth to attend our programs would cause an undue burden on what is often already a tight financial situation. We rely on business partners to help raise the money to hold these programs and make this difference. On April 13, 2019 Truth in Nature will be holding our 7th annual clay shoot fundraiser to help offset the cost of our summer programs; 100% of all money raised from this event will go directly back into our programs. Included in the cost of registration, a giveaway bag will be awarded to all registrants; we are requesting 250 samples product to add to the giveaway bags.  We will also be holding raffles and are requesting a product donation to raffle.  Finally we will be holding shooting games and are requesting big ticket items to be the main prize for each of our shooting games.  All of these will help our efforts in fundraising and raising awareness of our programs.
