The Tough Like Jack Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization (Tax ID 47‐4868826) that was established to honor
Jack Culverhouse who fought courageously and with toughness against DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine
Glioma). We hope that the TLJ Foundation can help raise awareness for DIPG leading to a cure. We strive to
focus all of our fundraising and community events around children and families. We know first‐hand how
important it is to cherish every minute with your children and families.

We would like to request a donation of goods or a gift card to help support our Tough Like Jack BBQ
Competition and Family Fun Night on October 8, 2022. We use these donations to help raise funds during a
silent auction. Your support is vital in helping us make this event a success.
