Event Description:

St. Elizabeth PTO is hosting its annual dinner auction on March 2, 2024. This year's theme is 80s Rewind. This event is where family, friends, and community members come together to raise money to invest in the school’s future. Please consider supporting our school by donating a service or item to our 18th annual fundraising dinner auction event. In the past, generous donations from partners like you, have raised money for facility improvements, upgraded technology, and new textbooks. We consider these improvements not only an investment in the students of Saint Elizabeth School, but an investment in the surrounding community. 

All donations and sponsors are acknowledged publicly on our Facebook page, on our auction bidding site, in our printed auction catalog, and on video screens during the event.

Organization Mission:

The St. Elizabeth School PTO is an active group of school parents (and grandparents!), faculty, and staff of St. Elizabeth School. We work together to organize activities for school students/families, raise money to support investment in and upgrades for educational technology, recreation equipment and facilities, and other improvements to help give our students the best possible education and ability to grow into productive members of the community.

Tax-Exempt/501(c)(3) Information:

St. Elizabeth School PTO, as an organization of St. Elizabeth School, utilizes the school tax-exempt number of 37-0734376 (Illinois E99915081, under Catholic Schools Diocese of Springfield).  Because the school falls under the umbrella of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Granite City, it also holds 501(c)(3) status as a subordinate organization of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) (EIN 53-0196617).  In a November 2, 2023 letter from the Internal Revenue Service, the 501(c)(3) status of the USCCB was confirmed, including reference to the Official Catholic Directory for 2023.  The Official Catholic Directory 2023 includes St. Elizabeth Granite City.
