Description

The Foundation’s 8th Annual Fundraising Golf Tournament is set for Friday, Aug. 17, 2018 at Mariah Hills Golf Course in Dodge City. The Foundation has sponsorship opportunities at four different levels.

The Marshal Level ($1,000) includes advertising in all promotional materials, name on banner and scorecard. It also includes 4 player registrations.

The Deputy Level ($500) includes advertising in all promotional materials, name on banner and scorecard. It also includes 2 player registrations.

Posse Level ($250) includes advertising in tournament day brochure and score card.

Wrangler Level ($150) includes sign on specific holes.

The Foundation is also looking for hole sponsors as well as "goodie bag" sponsors this year.

“The goal of the Foundation is to have funds to help the college with programs, improvements, whatever we can to help,” said Christina Haselhorst, Foundation Director.

The four-person scramble is limited to 36 teams with prizes offered for three flights and on-course contests such as longest drive and closet to the pin.

“The Foundation wants to see Dodge City Community College flourish and expand to meet the higher education needs of Dodge City and southwest Kansas,” Haselhorst said. “DCCC is important and beneficial to our community. Many communities our size would love to have a college like DCCC and we recognize how important community support is to a college. Having an annual fundraising golf tournament will certainly meet some of the financial needs of the Foundation for the support of the students and DCCC, and I would encourage everyone to support the tournament by playing, sponsorship or both."
