Our 8th Annual Ladies Tennis and Paddle Classic and Luncheon will be held on Thursday September 12th at the Indian Trail Club in Franklin Lakes, NJ.  Dollars raised from our Seventh Annual Event enabled us to: 1: Further formalize our 21+ program to be a state approved day habilitation program for individual with special neeeds.  Our focus continues to promote wellness through nutrition and exercise; to build independence through instruction of self-help and life skills; and to develop friendship through the enhancement of social skill, 2: Send our participants on field trips to the US Open, Buehler Challenger & Science Center, the produciton of "How the Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical", the Museum of the Moving Image, the Superdome Sports arena, Paterson Falls and so much more! Your support also allowed them to take a dinner cruise on the Hudson river, a train trip to Hoboken and to enjoy a formal dance.  These field trips and events give our participants educational experiences away form their regular school environment and learn in a more hands-on and interactive manner. 3: Continue the daily transport to the Y where participants participate in swim lessons, Personal Partners, (one-on-one fitness), tennis, work projects and so much more.  4: To provide 12 shadows for children who otherwise would not be able to have the Camp Wydaca experience.  These shadows enable these campers the opportunity to thrive all summer long.  Your support is critical to our program.  The funds raised on the courts greatly enhances the quality of life for our 21+, Shining Star, and the Shadow Program.  THANK YOU FOR MAKING THE DIFFERENCE!
