LEO Only has been in existance since 2013. This group was establised by a PA State Trooper who had lost his best friend, another Trooper, who took his own life and left 3 small children. The primary goal of LEO Only was to support and assist police families through some of the most difficult times of their lives. Foremost was the decision to provide Christmas shopping sprees for the children who had lost their parent in the line of duty. The first year, after only 3 months of inception, provided Christmas for 34 children.

Since 2013 more than 1,900 children have been sponsored through our mission. Many other sponsorships have come out of this mission such as providing a therapy dog for an autistic child who needed support to be mainstremed in school. Funerals have been paid through LEO Only for officers who have lost their lives while off duty traveling home from work. 

We now also offer 3 college scholarships every year to officers children. This year we will award our 12th   4- year scholarship. Every recipient receives $8,000 over their 4 year education. 

We have answered the call for help when devistation has hit police communities hard such as fires, floods, and hurricanes. Representatives have gone to provide assistance and financial supprt with these emergencies as well. 

We never know the nature of the ever mounting requests for assistance across the counry. No matter the need, we try to help where ever we can knowing we need to continue raising funds for our missions. 

This year for Christmas and college scholarships, we project the financial need will exceed $50,000.00

No one receives a salary and all of the fund raisers and events are supported on a voluteer basis.
