We are the family of Miranda Bauer and we want to THANK YOU for helping to make our events a success.  Due to covid, we were not able to do our full events. Therefore, this event is the Eighth Annual Making More Miracles event.  All funds will go directly to a RESEARCH ONLY account that we have set up at HOSPITAL FOR SICK CHILDREN in Toronto.  The account is named REMEMBER MIRANDA T8294.  We lost our girl in March of 2013 to a rare form of cancer called Rhabdomyosarcoma.  Miranda was 17 years old with a brilliant future in front of her. Research is the only way to find an answer so other families do not experience the pain we have felt because of the loss of our girl.

Miranda was very involved in raising funds to find answers and took part in an advertising campaign run by SICK KIDS called TOGETHER WE WILL and she was featured in the above poster around the GTA.  She also appeared in the YOU GOT IT commercial which aired in November of 2012 and again in November of 2013. Our girl ran her own fundraiser in 2012…the same night Nik Wallenda walked the Falls…and raised over $10,000.00 for research herself.  Miranda also designed the t-shirts and travel mugs pictured for the SICK KIDS RALLY FOR KIDS WITH CANCER in September of 2012. 
 
We started our mission for raising funds in Miranda's memory at our first event in May of 2014. We continue with these annual events to get much needed research funds to Toronto to try to help save other children. With your help we have raised roughly $175,000.00!! 

This is a public event and all are welcome! This is a family friendly event and children are welcome also. Our event will be held April 27th 2024 at John Michael's Banquet Hall in Thorold. The evening will consist of dinner, live entertainment, trivia game, silent auction, penny raffles and a wine pull.
