Dear Supporter,

The mission of the Nam Knights of America Motorcycle Club is to honor the memory of American Veterans and Police Officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty, to assist Veterans and Police Officers in their time of need, and to promote community awareness through sponsorship and participation in various community and fundraising events.

One such fundraising event is our Annual Summer Bash and Poker Run Fundraiser, which is set for Saturday, June 3, 2023 (rain date: Sunday, June 4, 2023).  To help fund this event, we started a Basket Auction and Donation Program.  To take part in this program we are asking local businesses to donate merchandise, a gift certificate from their business, or contribute to the cash prize for the best poker hand. Your business ad will be displayed on our “sponsor sign” at the Poker Run and on our website (http://www.tribasenamknights.org) and Facebook page @tribasenamknightsmc.

By donating, you are assisting us in our mission. Your financial support allows us to keep doing what we do. All donations received through our website and local fundraisers benefit the local military, law enforcement, and families in their time of need. Since 2016, the Nam Knights of America Motorcycle Club, Tri-Base Chapter has donated over $50,000 back into our local communities and preformed thousands of hours of community service.

We are a nonprofit, tax-exempt, publicly supported organization under Sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(2) of the IRS Code and is incorporated and registered in the State of New Jersey.  All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.  Our FEIN is 81-1321315.

If you are interested, please complete the application on the second page of this letter.  You can return the form to a Tri-Base Chapter member or mail it to the applicable address as indicated on the form.  We greatly appreciate your support.  Proceeds from this event will help support local Veterans and Police Officers who put their lives on the line for us every day.
