I hope this letter finds you well. As a vital supporter of first responders, we want to share an exciting opportunity to celebrate and support our local heroes—the 9-1-1 telecommunicators who are the first point of contact in every emergency.
On behalf of the North Central Texas Emergency Communications District (NCT9-1-1), we are reaching out to request your support for our annual awards gala. NCT9-1-1 is a non-profit governmental agency that oversees the emergency 9-1-1 system for over 40 Emergency Communication Centers (ECCs) in 14 counties surrounding the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, serving a population of approximately 2 million across nearly 10,000 square miles.
This year, our gala will take place on June 13, 2025, and will honor the dedication of more than 600 9-1-1 telecommunicators. It’s more than just an event; it's a heartfelt tribute to these unsung heroes who work tirelessly behind the scenes, ensuring the safety of our community during moments of crisis. The evening will feature an awards ceremony to recognize exceptional individuals and teams for their life-saving work.
To make this event even more special, we are seeking donations for giveaway prizes. Contributions may include items, gift certificates, or services, which will be featured as part of the event. Your support will directly show our appreciation for these dedicated professionals.
