The Hobart Wrestling Club will host its 9th annual Hobart Wrestling golf outing fundraiser to be held at Indian Ridge Golf Course located at 6363 Grand Blvd. Hobart, Indiana on Saturday May 20, 2023. 

For over four decades the Hobart Wrestling Club has been a staple in the sport of wrestling in the state of Indiana. Hobart Wrestling club has produced 12 IHSAA State Champions and countless ISWA State Champions, along with many place winners, National Champions and All-Americans. In a time where economic factors have contributed to closing the doors of other communities clubs, Hobart Wrestling Club has survived, evolved, and grown as an organization. 

Due to the economic climate of public schools and operational costs of Athletic Departments, the Hobart Wrestling Club has been an essential provider for Hobart Wrestling as a whole and has created a seamless transition between club and school programs for Student Athletes from pre-K to 12th grade. 

As an organization our MISSON is to invest every cent made from tournaments and fundraisers back into the program. In the past we have brought in NCAA Champions and college coaches for training sessions, hosted camps and tournaments, and helped kids take advantage of opportunities to travel and take part in prestigious events. We purchase wrestling mats, singlets, warm-ups, and other equipment to absorb costs that could otherwise make our great sport too expensive for kids in need. Hobart Wrestling Club provides wrestling instruction and competition opportunities in an educational setting to promote grit, toughness, intelligence, and skill in children to strengthen our community with integrity and teamwork.
