9th Annual Fall Festival
Carnival/Festival for Avondale PALS PTONov 23, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Our Annual Fall Festival is the PTO's largest fundraiser of the year. All profits go back into the school. In the past we have been able to purchase items outside the school's budget such as: outdoor scoreboard, professional stage curtains and sound system, musical instruments, sports equipment and uniforms, document cameras and projectors for every classroom, laptop computers for rotating classroom usage, water bottle fill stations and filters, medical quipment for the nurses office, classroom book sets for the junior high students, and so much more. We also use profits to host other events that are free for the families such as movie nights, and for dances. The festival consists of food trucks, inflatables, game booths, vendors, activities, animals, performances, and the silent auction. Parents and students volunteer to run the large event, and local high schools send students to help as well. The festival is open to the community. Thank you letters will be sent out detailing how donations are used, and how the event went. Companies can provide us their logo (printable at 1"x1") to be put on fliers, the day-of brochure/map, and emails/newsletters. Logos must be received by October 28th for maximum exposure, but accepted until November 14. Larger donations eligible for signage, provided by the company. These are all open for discussion! We greatly appreciate any support we can get!
