DSAP is proud to announce that this years Gala will be focused on raising funds to support an exciting program we offer to our community. Down Syndrome Association of Peel is offering a Reading and Speech Programs for individuals that have Down Syndrome.  The goal is to run the program 3 times a year in blocks of 10 sessions each and will be subsidized by DSAP.

Currently the Ministry does not provide enough funded therapy programs for families to access, and it is the children that are not getting the programs they need to gain the skills they require to be valuable members of society.

With the generous support of people like you, we can provide programs such as these and continue to assist families and individuals in the Peel Region by providing educational seminars, networking and social events that help not only strengthen the Down Syndrome community but also help to educate the general public as well to the challenges that many of these families and individuals face.
