On March 1, 2019, LTEF will be holding its ninth annual Handbag Bingo fundraiser. This event brings over 320 participants together to play games of Bingo. Game prizes are genuine designer handbags. The event will also feature a silent auction, raffle, door prizes, and more. All funds raised from this event will be used to support the mission of LTEF and will benefit students in the Lawrence Township Public Schools. Through grant requests from teachers and school administrators, LTEF funds programs that will have a substantial and lasting impact on Lawrence Township public school students. As a result of these grants, our Lawrence Township public school students have had the opportunity to take part in innovative classroom projects, use new technology, and have access to state-of-the-art equipment. Since 1992, LTEF has funded more than 780 programs with grants in excess of $3.6 million.Our largest fundraiser of the year is Handbag Bingo. Each year Handbag Bingo is a sell-out success that helps us raise tens of thousands of dollars. We are seeking donations that can be used for the silent auction and raffle prizes that will help us raise much needed funds for the organization.
