On May 7th, 2022, HVL will host its annual fundraising dinner auction gala under the theme, “A Night at the Races!”  This auction consists of an elegant dinner, silent and live auction, community fellowship and entertainment. Auction attendees are HVL parents, alumni, community members, business supporters and honored guests. Objectives and Purposes: The monies raised are used to provide the funds necessary to support a variety of vital needs, including academic programs, such as technology, campus needs, as well as funds for those families needing assistance with tuition. 

The purpose of this letter is to ask you to consider supporting our endeavor through a donation of airline tickets. Donating airline tickets would be a huge hit with our audience and funds raised will help to support our educational mission. If you are able to support our event, please be sure to include any marketing collateral, brochures, and relevant details about the item or your business, so that we can provide an accurate description for potential bidders. Your name will also be listed with the item on display for hundreds of people to see, along with being published in our auction booklet in paper and online. 

We anticipate 250-300 people at this event.
