Sherman Oaks Parents Association (SOPA), the non-profit parents’ association of Sherman Oaks Elementary Charter (SOEC), is hosting our annual gala on May 16, 2020. SOEC is a highly rated public K-5th grade school serving 800+ families of diverse ethnicities and cultures.  We are seeking sponsors / donations for our live and silent auctions.

We need your help to continue our commitment to excellence! If you participated in the past, we thank you and ask you to please generously donate again. If this is your first time, your tax-deductible donation of goods, services, or sponsorship will earn your business valuable exposure to a great number of families in our community.

Your sponsorship and or donation allows us to offer the following programs to our students not paid for by the LAUSD:

Music Teachers - Weekly instruction for all students
Art Program- Weekly art history and hands-on creative program for grades K-5
Computer lab  - Weekly supported by a dedicated computer lab instructor
Science program  - Instruction two days a week, including supplies
Kids Center - a before and after school care program
Three Instructional Aides - to offset increases in class size
Beautification Funds - for equipment and campus improvements to maintain the beauty of SOEC
 

SOEC families support businesses that support our school!  When you donate, you will be provided an excellent means of public relations for future patronage.  Leading up to The Gala, all donations will be announced in our school bulletin and email blasts.  On the night of The Gala, all donations will be prominently and attractively displayed throughout the night in our event program and silent auction spaces. We would be honored to showcase your establishment!
