On Friday, June 3, 2022, the Clovis East & Reyburn Instrumental Music & Color Guard Program along with its Parent Advisory Committee will be hosting our Night to Remember Dinner and Silent Auction.

This fund adult-only event will be held at the Clovis Memorial District - Liberty Room. It will include dinner, live entertainment, and silent auction. In order for us to make this event a huge success, we are asking for community support and donations or underwriters for our dinner and silent auction items.

We are very proud of our performers and want to show them our support by providing the best facilities, equipment, and overall program possible. It is our goal to raise $15,000 to improve our Instrumental Music & Color Guard programs. That money will be used to buy stadium lights so that our program can practice past sunset.

The Timberwolves Foundation and The Reagan Educational Center Instrumental Music Program is a non-profit 501(C) (3) Organization. All donations/auction items are tax deductible and will receive an official letter including our non-profit TAX-ID number for your records. We are also happy to coordinate a pick-up for any donations.

Each business that donates to our event will have its business logo posted at the entrance and on a scrolling PowerPoint that will be projected throughout the event. Please provide us with the logo that you would like displayed.
