On April 17th, 2024 P25R South Richmond High School will hold its 1st Annual Gala Auction at The Historic Old Bermuda Inn. We will gather with teachers, friends and family for an evening of great food, drinks, music and more to raise much needed funds for our school.
My name is Sonia Ashburn and I am the Fundraising Committee Chair for P25R South Richmond High School. I’m writing to you today to request
your support to our 1st Annual Gala. Each year our association supports the P25R South Richmond High School PTA - District 75 programs. P25R is responsible for the education of children with special needs in Pre-K through High School located in multiple public schools across Staten Island, New York. Your donations help sustain the PTA and benefit the students in which we serve.

This donation could be monetary or a gift-card to your store or products. We would be more than happy to display and announce your company
name during the event. Additionally, if you cannot send your donation, we will gladly make arrangements for pick up at a time of your convenience.
Anything you can donate would be greatly appreciated by all of us at the PTA as well as the children. 100% of all raffle proceeds will go to fund activities for children and for end-of-the-year festivities.
It is with the help of organizations like yours that we can provide these services. We would greatly appreciate any support you can offer. Every bit helps towards reaching our goal of providing the students’ access to a fair and appropriate educational experience. Most of the families of our children are low-income and any little smile or hope that we can give them makes an immeasurable difference.
