Description

On April 25th, 2024 TD Foundation will be hosting our 2nd Annual "A Night UNder the Stars: fundraiser and Silent Auction at Fire House Gastro Park in Grand Prairie,TX. WE anticipate approximately 150 guest at this event. The funds raised will go toward TD Foundation's Youth Mentoring and Leadership programs as well as other community events that will benefit the youth in Grand Prairie and surrounding communities. To make this event as exciting and extravagant as we hope we will need your help!

TD Foundation is a local nonprofit started by Grand Prairie Police Officer, Takesha Dye. Officer DYe has been serving the Grand Prairie community for 11 years and has been a devoted School Resource Officer for Grand Prairie ISD, for the past 8 years. In 2018, Officer DYe decided that serving as an SRO was not enough and felt that there was more for her to do within the community to help reach and positively empower more youth. During her time at various GPISD schools she has developed meaningful relationships with many educators, community leaders and students. She has seen first han the difference it makes when teachers, administrators, officers, parents, and the community are actively involved in the lives of students. It is through her passion for service that TD Foundation came to be, and now we are asking for your help and support in realizing her vision.

 

Please consider supporting our event by becoming a sponsor, making an in-kind donation, donating gift certificates, merchandise or services to be offered during our silent auction and/or raffle. In exchange, you will receive some excellent community exposure and advertising. Your company name and logo will be listed on our website, social media, save the date and the event Brochure that we will give to all participants.


Your donation is tax deductible. We will provide our Tax ID number upon your request. Also, we will gladly pick up your donation, or it can be mailed to TD Foundation at the address below. For your item to be included in the Silent Auction we must receive the silent auction donation form by April 1, 2024. Please return the Form to Patty at pattyc52@sbcglobal.net .

All Silent Auction items must be picked up or received by April 15th, 2024.
