Bay Park Elementary is looking for community businesses to be a part of our 2022/2023 PTA Fundraising Auction, A Taste of Bay Park Elementary.  Bay Park Elementary is an anchor in the community, and as a California Distinguished School with an average enrollment of over 500 students, we bring thousands of people and businesses together over a common purpose.  The auction will take place on Friday, February 24, 2023 and will feature an outstanding evening of dinner, auction, raffles, and community fun! Your business’ generous donation of gift cards, merchandise, services, or a cash donation will ensure a profitable event for our school and continuance of enrichment programs for our students. Donations are tax deductible, and 100% supports the students of Bay Park.

 
In return for your generous donation, you and/or your company will be gratefully acknowledged by the Bay Park Elementary PTA through its website, Facebook page (which reaches on average over 2,500 users per week) and will be listed in the printed materials for the auction event, A Taste of Bay Park Elementary. We will also provide your company with a donation receipt letter with the PTA’s tax ID number for your records.
 

This is one of the largest fundraisers for our school, and all of the proceeds from this event directly fund various educational programs, social events and school wish list items such as:

·          Field Trips

·         Library Books

·         Movie Nights

·         Extended Learning Opportunities

·         Drama & Theater Programs

·         Snow Days
