A Tribute to Angels, hosted by Kenmore Mercy Foundation, is being held on November 18th  at Salvatore’s Italian Gardens. Guests enjoy an evening which includes fine cuisine, raffles, silent auctions, “Fund an Item” and recognition of this year’s honorees.

The Sister Mary Mechtilde Memorial Award is Kenmore Mercy Hospital's highest honor, established in 1980 by the Kenmore Mercy Foundation.  It honors outstanding individuals who have demonstrated a dedication to community service, visionary leadership and the ideals of unselfish service towards others. These are all qualities that were exemplified by Sister Mary Mechtilde O'Connor, RSM, foundress and first administrator of Kenmore Mercy Hospital.

The Lifetime Achievement Award, which honors past recipients of the Sister Mechtilde Award who continue to remain active and supportive of the Foundation, the hospital and the community every day.

Proceeds from this year's event will go to the Kenmore Mercy Hospital ICU Renovation project.
