Please allow me to introduce you to Atlanta Animal Rescue Friends (AARF). AARF is a 501(c)3 animal rescue organization based in Stone Mountain Village, serving the Atlanta metro area. Our mission is to end pet overpopulation through adoption of homeless pets, spay and neuter programs, and public education and outreach.

We rely on donations, grants and fundraising to take care of the pets in our adoption program. On March 10, 2018, we will be holding AARFstravaganza! at The Solarium in Atlanta to raise funds for our adoption program. Our event will feature The Armorettes, Atlanta’s most famous drag troupe that started in the 80s as a way to raise funds for people living with HIV/AIDS. Not only will our event support homeless pets, but also 100% of the fee we pay The Amorettes supports grassroots HIV/AIDS organizations in Atlanta. AARFstravaganza is a great way to show people you care about homeless pets, as we promote the event on Facebook, Twitter, on our website and in our weekly e-newsletters.
