I hope you’re well. I’m reaching out today on behalf of Abilities in Motion (AIM). We are a non-profit organization that delivers canoeing and kayaking to people of all abilities. We specialize in adaptive paddling programs for individuals dealing with a variety of disabilities. Most of our programs are delivered from the boat ramp and dock area of Earl Rowe Provincial Park, Alliston. We have also partnered with the Children's Treatment Network to bring adaptive paddling sessions to children and youth  over the summer, for free!

On Saturday, August 12th, 2023, AIM will be taking part in the Alliston Potato Festival and organizing a raffle draw with prizes to generate monetary support for our organization. We were wondering if you’d be interested in donating Canada's Wonderland tickets for our raffle draw? This would tremendously help draw people into supporting our cause. 100% of the proceeds (minus 3% to the Town of New Tecumseth for a lottery license) would be used to fund new gear such as paddles, PFDs, and adaptive equipment for our canoes and kayaks, as well as continue allowing AIM to offer free adaptive paddling programs to individuals with a disability and their support person (if one is needed). We will announce our raffle winners during the week following the event and will have the option to pick up prizes at our 2nd annual Alliston Regatta on Saturday, August 19th, 2023, where we hope to generate more interest in AIM.
