We’re elated to announce SchoolPower’s 38th Annual Gala with the theme: Above and Beyond! Our community will come together to celebrate on Saturday, March 23 at the Montage Laguna Beach. Previous events have grossed over $300,000 and enable SchoolPower to continue our mission to enrich the education and support the well-being of Laguna Beach students. We hope that you will consider donating an experience, gift certificate, or a merchandise package for our silent auction. 

Your generous auction donation will be featured in our online auction catalog that will be viewed by over 300 gala attendees and by supporters participating via mobile bidding from anywhere in the world. As a donor, you’ll also receive recognition in a thank you spread in Laguna Beach Magazine, on the SchoolPower website, and in eblasts to over 4,000 supporters. 

SchoolPower funding makes a lasting difference in our small Laguna Beach school district (El Morro Elementary and Top of the World Elementary; Thurston Middle School; and LBHS) and community. Funds raised at the Gala allow us to:

• Award SchoolPower Grants to educators, counselors, and coaches to support innovation and enrichment in the classroom and beyond
• Operate the robust SchoolPower After School Program at TOW & El Morro to allow kids to explore new areas and expand their interests
• Fund support services and a staff member at the Family Resource Center allowing us to provide scholarships for local extracurricular activities, aid for essential needs, and parenting eduction
